An item I want is Labeled 'Inquiry Only' what does this mean?Item labeled 'Inquiry Only' are part of our permanent collection, available for rental and styling inquires. Most Inquiry Only items will become available for sale at some point so be sure to keep an eye out, or use the contact form to check if an item will become available soon.

How do I earn reward points?In order to earn points from your purchase, sign up for an account at checkout using your email. You will earn 1 point for each $1 spent. Points are redeemable at an exchange of 10 points = $1 store credit.

Are prices negotiable?While we strive to have generally competitive prices, offers are always welcome, especially when purchasing multiple items.

I see you offer a wholesaler tab, how can I apply for a wholesaler account?With an already existing network of wholesaling in place, we are always looking forward to working with new clients. Wether you own your own store, are a stylist, or simply love to shop, we are accepting applications for our wholesaler portal. Please use the contact form to inquire for more information.

When will my purchase ship?Items are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours after your purchase for your item to be dispatched.

I'm looking for a specific piece but I can't find it anywhere! Do you offer sourcing services?Yes! If you have a grail you can't find feel free to use the contact form to submit a sourcing request. Include Brand, Item name, Size, Condition, and Budget along with any additional info. From there just wait and we'll search various global sources to find your desired item.

I want to browse your collection in person, do you have a physical retail location?We offer a private showroom in Miami near the Design District available Sunday-Friday. If you would like to stop by please use the appointment form.
